(i)  All weeks or short breaks which include a Bank Holiday are charged at the high season rate

          (£420.00 per week or part thereof).

To book your accommodation please use our on-line Reservation Form.  On receipt of your Reservation we will ask you to provide your Visa or MasterCard details in order to secure your booking (please provide Account Number; Name and Initials of account holder; Card expiry date).  Alternatively, bookings can be secured by sending a deposit of £100.00.  Full payment is required 28 days before arrival (details will be provided in our return email). If you prefer you can contact us by telephone, fax or letter.

In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival any monies already paid will be refunded only if the property can be re-let.  It is therefore recommended that guests are covered by a separate cancellation insurance policy (Note: Cotteswold House Cottages does not provide insurance services).  

Please note that we ask our guests to refrain from smoking whilst on the premises.
